Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with vip28 Services is to cease using the Platform and close Your Account. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.
vip28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, prolonged inactivity, or behavior deemed detrimental to the Platform's integrity.
Upon Account termination, You will no longer have access to the Platform, and all pending bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining balance of deposited Funds (excluding bonuses and associated winnings) may be withdrawn subject to completion of identity verification and resolution of any outstanding disputes. vip28 reserves the right to withhold Funds pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English or Bahasa Indonesia as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
